After being asked to speak with the Early Solutions Engineers at Salesforce, I decided to write this blog series about how to approach learning Salesforce Solutions and how to study for the Salesforce Certified Administrator Exam. While speaking to the group, I realised that many of these hints and tips could help others, so I created this blog series.
When I started studying for my Salesforce Administrator Certification, I felt overwhelmed and lost as to what I needed to learn and what was the most effective way. There are Trailmixes, Udemy Courses, Quizlets, Instructor Led Training, 3rd Party Courses, and much more. I didn’t know which way to turn or where to even start!
The Why: To help others studying for a Salesforce Certification or learning a new skill or product.
I’m going to deliver these hints and tips clearly and concisely, some of the tips may take a little longer than others, but I promise you there will be no fluff or filler. Just
maximum value! There will be written blog posts like these, a couple of YouTube videos, and I’m even going to try my hand at some YouTube shorts! What better way to test myself than boiling something down to less than 60 seconds?
The How: Written Blogs, YouTube Videos, YouTube Shorts
You can expect to see at least one hint or tip a week; on some weeks, I may publish two, but that depends on what is going on outside of work and is taking up my time. I’m in the process of moving house, and with the holidays just around the corner, I’m pretty sure that time will be at a premium, but I commit to at least one hint or tip a week.
The When: I expect this to run for the next three months, and I hope it will be helpful to you.
The first post will be one of the longer ones; it will be about how to set yourself up for success by knowing what you need to know. At the end of this series, I will convert all of the information into a free course so that everyone can find all the information in one place.
If people like this approach, I will also undertake a similar one for Exam Tips!
Thank you for reading,
